Samantha Cricks - SRES®
Born in Chicago, Sam has lived in different parts of the country—Arizona, Colorado, and Wisconsin—before settling in the Wausau area, fifteen years ago. Sam has practiced real estate in the Madison and Wausau area, and has broad experience in Wausau area’s unique neighborhoods. From responsive showings, skilled negotiations, and understanding each buyer and seller’s unique situations, Sam tailors her services to the needs of the client. Sam and her husband, Jay, enjoy rescuing distressed properties and bringing them back to their glory. Sam lives on the East Side of Wausau with Jay, her children—Jake, Max and Carli—and her two dogs. She enjoys cooking, taking care of her children and animals, and cruising around town with Jay, in their convertible.
Sam is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and resides on the Board of Directors for both Habitat for Humanity and The Central WI Board of Realtors.
