Our brokerage was born from a Real Estate transaction. Having a passion for buying and selling real estate has been engrained in us since the very beginning. In 1992, our parent company, S.C. Swiderski, started off on a journey to provide housing to the Mosinee community. After decades of success, we recognized the opportunity to not just build additional housing, but to help countless buyers and sellers navigate the housing market to start a journey of their own. As a result of that opportunity, SCS Real Estate became a division of S.C. Swiderski with the same passion for the housing industry and a strong focus on providing an exceptional buying/selling experience to the clients we have the privilege of helping.
