S.C. Swiderski, LLC has over 30 years of experience building quality housing through the state of Wisconsin. Upon recognizing the growing need for single family homes across the state, S.C. Swiderski set off to design original, high-quality homes to fit whatever lifestyle you may be looking for. As a fully integrated company, each division has a role in the homes process - Whether it be designing, planning, construction or selling, we do it all with our amazing SCS teams.

With the helpful knowledge of our SCS Real Estate team we are able to identify what today’s home owners are looking for most and reflect those needs in our designs. Each home is created by our in-house architect for modern living, and with finishes and amenities hand picked by our designers. During the building phase, our SCS Construction crew is on site at every project location to ensure that each home meets our high standards.

HOME BUILDING MADE SIMPLE

SCS has a dedicated team of designers, engineers and managers that work together to ensure that each home we build is built to hold years of your memories. From design to construction to inspection, we work hard to build a home that can fit any lifestyle. When coming to a new community, we dedicate time and research into finding the perfect floor plans and amenities for each location. Although our homes are already designed and selected for each lot prior to construction, we maintain an open line of communication so you get the home that you want. We cater our process to make sure your home building experience is as easy and pain free as possible. At SCS, we build homes for you. 

OUR STANDARDS ARE THEIR UPGRADES

Many home builders lure prospective buyers with seemingly enticingly low initial prices. However, as the home design process unfolds, additional expenses emerge for what should reasonably be included features, such as rain gutters, concrete driveways, air conditioning, and versatile kitchen setups accommodating both gas and electric appliances.
